Thousands of new rentals are added every day and every hour by each of our agents, and we make phone calls regularly to check availability. In addition to that, we encourage all of our landlords to login and remove their properties from the database when it is no longer vacant. To make sure that no occupied rentals remain in our database for very long we automatically purge a listing once it becomes 14 days old. We make sure that all of the landlords that list with us are aware of our site usage and policies so that we can guarantee the best success ratio possible.
