Tenant FAQ » About Member Services
Bad credit can be overcome if you can prove to the landlord that you are making an effort to bring your credit rating back up. You can offer proof such as current paycheck stubs, loan payment slips, or letters of reference from other landlords or utility companies. You can also ask if the landlord will take an additional deposit as insurance and proof that you are capable of making the payments. If you approach the landlord in an understanding and professional manner you are most likely to be considered as a tenant, despite any bad credit history.
