1. AUTHORIZATION:

I hereby authorize 4RentInNewYork.com to charge my credit card to receive apartment listings. The total cost for service is $129.00 ($75.00 for apartment listings fully refundable should you not find an apartment through our service and $54.00 non-refundable fee for enhanced electronic services which include the following: Grouped New Property E Mail Notifications, 24/7 Access to our entire data base , detailed property information, exterior and interior photos where available, advanced mapping technology, ability to apply online, schedule appointments online ). This is a one-time, non-recurring fee.

2. UPDATES & AVAILABILITY:

Due to the nature of a fluctuating marketplace, and your specific search parameters, (such as size, price, location, etc.) on any given day, your email updates may or may not include new listings.

3. SERVICE PERIOD:

Service is provided to you for a period of 90 days.

4. GENERAL DISCLAIMER:

Agreement Between Buyer and 4RENTINNEWYORK.COM Generally. This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and 4RENTINNEWYORK.COM. By completing this registration, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, 4 Rent In New York's Terms of Use, and by all applicable laws. The 4 Rent In New York Web Site is for your personal and noncommercial use only.

5. USER'S REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES

By using this Web Site, you hereby represent and agree to the following:

  • You agree that the services of this Web Site shall be used only to assist you in the rental of an apartment or other property.
  • You will not use this Web Site to transmit property information to any other third party, except such third parties that may be involved in your rental transaction.
  • You are not a real estate agent or broker in New York State.

6. 4RENTINNEWYORK.COM SERVICES TO YOU:

4 Rent In NY has no fiduciary duties to you, including, without limitation, the obligation to inspect properties described on the Web Site or to verify the veracity of offers and other information contained in the Web Site. 4 Rent In NY makes no representations or endorsements regarding properties contained in the Web Site. All of the information, software and services provided through this Web Site are provided "as is", "as available," without warranty of any kind. · This Web Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. All information provided regarding properties for rent is from sources deemed reliable, but no warranty or representation is made as to the accuracy thereof and same is submitted subject to errors, omissions, change of price, rental or other conditions, prior lease without notice.

7. ACCESS TO 4RENTINNEWYORK.COM INTERNAL APARTMENT DATABASE:

By registering with 4 Rent In NY, you agree that you are requesting access to 4 Rent In NY's internal database of properties only for the purpose of renting an apartment via the process that 4 Rent In NY represents. This internal database is a private database and may include apartments from many sources and companies. You also agree that by completing this Agreement, you are requesting that 4 Rent In NY search other real estate websites (including those of licensed real estate brokers) and other sources such as real estate classifieds for apartment information on your behalf and to provide you with access to all such apartment information via the Web Site. Though 4 Rent In NY will use its best efforts to search for property information for you, you agree that 4 Rent In NY is under no obligation to perform such search nor is 4 Rent In NY responsible for verifying the accuracy of any such property information that may be included in the Web Site. All property information provided to you are for your own personal, non-commercial use.

MANY OF THE APARTMENTS FOR RENT THAT ARE DESCRIBED ON THE WEB SITE ARE PROPERTIES IN WHICH 4 Rent In NY DOES NOT HAVE A LEGAL RELATIONSHIP WITH EITHER THE LANDLORD OR THE BROKER. WITHOUT LIMITATION TO THE FOREGOING, 4RENTINNEWYORK.COM ORDINARILY DOES NOT MAINTAIN A RELATIONSHIP WITH EITHER THE APARTMENT OWNER OR THE LISTING BROKER. IT IS OUR INTENTION TO PROVIDE YOU WITH BUILDING SPECIFIC, PRICE SPECIFIC, AREA SPECIFIC INFORMATION, OBTAINED PRIMARILY FROM PUBLIC SOURCES TO FACILITATE YOUR RELOCATION OR RENTAL OF THE MOST SUITABLE APARTMENT FOR YOU WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF AGGRAVATION AND INCONVENIENCE ON AN EXPEDITED BASIS. 4 Rent In NY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER.

WARNING: COMPETITORS, REAL ESTATE AGENTS AND BROKERS MAY NOT REGISTER OR REPRESENT THEMSELVES AS RENTERS ON 4RENTINNY.COM. ANY REAL ESTATE AGENT OR BROKER VIOLATING THIS POLICY WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DELETED FROM 4RENTINNY.COM, PROHIBITED FROM FUTURE USE OF 4RENTINNY.COM, AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO FURTHER LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION.
